By Taxi: Tell your driver the building name and address and let them know that it is across the street the where the 7/11 used to be.
By Rental Car • As you leave the Airport, veer right towards San Juan (Road #26, also known as Expreso Baldorioty de Castro)
• After 4 miles, Exit on Condado Este
• You will see the San Juan Health Center Turn right at this light onto Avenida De Diego
• At the second light, make a left onto Ashford Avenue . (First Bank is on your left).
• Make a right into the gate with the guard post that has blue ceramic tiles on the roof. You are home!

Check-in:
Upon arriving at the airport, please call Nora or Rodney. One of them will be expecting you at the lobby of the building. Let them know whether you will be arriving by taxi or rental car.
They will give you two sets of keys, register you with the security guard and show you around the property. When you come to the apartment, please inspect it and make sure that it is to your satisfaction. Accepting the keys at that point signifies that you have accepted the apartment 'as is' and full refunds may not be granted. If anything is amiss upon your arrival, please let Nora or Rodney know at that point and they will do their best to rectify the situation.
Please note that after you have accepted the keys and checked into the apartment, we will not provide additional cleaning or concierge services unless you arrange these directly with the property managers.
Check-out:
1. Remove all garbage from the apartment.
2. Wash all dirty dishes and sink. Do not leave any food scraps on counters or floors.
3. Hang any towels or other linens that may be wet. Leave all other dirty but dry linens in a pile on the bed.
4. Please leave one set of keys and the parking gate opener on the dinning table. With the other keys, lock the iron gate. Carefully, throw the keys on the floor in the apartment far enough that they can't be reached from the outside. Close the wooden door, no need to lock wooden door.
